Iron Clad Ben Posted May 6, 2012 Share Posted May 6, 2012 Had a lifting session with Big Bald Mike yesterday. He has his own heavy-metal Metroflex-style gym in his garage. We had a blast tossing around the iron yesterday. I've never really done much in the way of max press on deadlifts so it was fun to go for new records.
