cg98472
As a student i have a very basic problem in that I have no time, yet i want to get off the easy meat convenience food and crack out some real gains. So here is my plan, will be the same thing each day purely as it is cheaper and it meets the needs I want. Not counting carbs just making sure I have enough fat and protein as carbs naturally will follow.Maleheight: 6foot 1weight: 83kg Breakfast:1 cup oats2tbsp chia seeds1 tsp brown sugartotal calories: 307cal 14g fat 15g protein mid morning: 1/2 cup almondsapple308 calories 23g fat 11g protein lunch: 1 cup broccoli1 cup brown rice1/2 pepper1 cup carrot814 calories 5g fat 20g protein mid afternoon:banana protein shake +3g leucine30g hemp 30g pea321cal 39.7g protein 3.8g fat evening:1cup quinoalemon1 cup sweet potato mash100g spinach1cup kale1/2 pepper956 calories 20g protein 10g fat late night:protein shake216 cal 38.7g protein 3.8g fat total: 2922 cal 59.6g fat 145.4g protein weekly cost: 30pounds give or take advice on an increased fat intake if possible as i need to pop about 30g of cheap fat from somewhere.. tempted to just have some cheese! cg98472
Nah i just meant dairy if you're referring to my comment at the bottom. I have never heard of tapioca cheese! All the stuff I have seen in the UK is very artificial and quite frankly not what I want .
The PhytoAthlete
overall looks decent, you may want to throw a salad in there especially if most of your vegetables are cooked. Have you ever tried black or wild rice? Brown rice is healthy, but black and wild are even better.
C.O.
Daiya is the brand than makes some pretty decent quality cheese out of tapioca. Not sure about if you can buy in there or not.
