The sun does indeed shine in broncoland these days . Got my new grippers today and closed CoC#2 on the first try, and of course I made a

of it.

 

Im a bit confused though, I thought coc2 were supposed to be a bit harder than RB160 (I still cant close my RB160) ?

 

Also, is it confirmed that the CoCs have gotten easier over time? A comparison between felix CoC1 and my new one seemed to confirm this: with kadett8's I only ever managed to do 11reps, while I got 18 with my new one. That said though, kadett8's coc1 is harder than all others I ever tried. Unfortunately I dont have felix no2 here to compare with, Ill do that when I get a chance.

grip is the most functional strength you can develop and crushing strength carries over very well. that being said, i do it mainly to show off

i got no video camera. if i did, it would be all over. i'd suck up so much bandwidth that rob would have to mirror his site a couple times.

 

i was never that good at arm-wrestling, but i played this arm-wreslting video game a few months ago and beat the hardest guy on the game. the machine had a mechanical arm and a hand post to hold onto. the guy i beat was the virtual world champion so....

I forgot to mention the usefullness of gripstrength when opening jars. I just had to use a towel to be able to open a jar of olivs . Im hoping that my griptraining will help me avoid that kind of embarrasment in the future .
