nobbi Posted August 23, 2006 Share Posted August 23, 2006 I think that rest and sleep are more important than food, but I have the feeling that lots of fruit every day helps me to recover quickly. I am training very hard at the moment, but did reduce the quantity of fruit. I feel a little bit tired now and will increase my daily fruit input again.
