Kathryn
It's pretty much the same product as "Vitamineral Green" (also developed by Jameth Sheridan, and available, for much cheaper shipping!, at www.veganessentials.com ). VG tastes VERY green and it's hard to take a lot at once. Very hard to disguise the intense 'grass and dirt' flavor. Probably very healthy, though! Guest
It looks good like mostly all raw green supplements...but its much different than vega in that you can eat vega because it tastes good. Vega is great but doesn't have the same nutrient density but its worth it since it has more energy in it and it tastes great
Bigbwii
GGreen....instead of buying that why don't you just eat leaves off of bushes/trees or eat grass....
Kathryn
Vega is great but doesn't have the same nutrient density but its worth it since it has more energy in it and it tastes great Vega also has protein and vitamin B12 (the B12 in spirulina is a B12 analog that isn't assimilated by the body). GGreen
It's pretty much the same product as "Vitamineral Green" It is pretty much the same, why the heck is "nature first" overpriced then? The only reason I see is that nature first is raw while vitamineral is not.
