DV Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 I have one small book called "Sprouts" by Kathleen O'Bannon, CNC by Alive Books. It's fairly thorough and has the nutritional content of many sprouts. She also has recipe ideas. I also have a pamphlet that I got (at Whole Foods or Wild Oats) with a sprouting tray kit. It's titled "Sprouting for Health in the New Millennium" from Living Whole Foods, Inc. It doesn't push its own products too much.
