So this is my first online journal, I'm excited I weigh around 170, am 5' 11" and a 21 year old male My healthy vegan consists of beans, brown rice, almond butter, veggies, quinoa, sweet potatoes, nuts, and fruit. I try and weight train or run everyday and let's see what happens! 6/8/10 Woke up at 11:45 drank a mix of hemp protein and greens. Feel good as I weight train.
  2. Hello everybody! Soo say you aren't getting that much sleep, and have the options of either getting an extra hour of sleep, or getting up earlier to run outside or drive to the gym and run on the mill. Which do you think would be better for fat loss and muscle preservation? I usually get about 7 hours a night on average, sometimes it's 8 and a half but sometimes it's 6 and a half.
  3. Helloo everybody. I was hoping that if I gave you a list of the foods that I eat that maybe you guys could help me design a good vegan cutting regimen with an awareness of digestive health. I mainly eat: Black Beans Garbanzo Beans Brown Rice Quinoa Nuts of all kinds except peanuts Vegetables of all kinds A little fruit Flax seeds Olive Oil Grapeseed Oil Hemp milk, butter, protein when I can afford it. I am 5'11" about 165 - 170 lbs...I do cardio frequently and am a drummer, so I get a good workout out in most days. I also do calistenics. Is it cool to cut while only doing a calistenics program and running/a lot of cardio work? Or do I need to go to a gym? I don't really have time for the gym. What kind of cardio would you recomend for a cut? How much? Thank you so much! - Nick
