How goes it everyone, I joined like 4 days ago and have been reading all the posts, I'm happy to have found a support network for vegans who are into fitness/bodybuilding. I'm 22, 5' 10" 220 lbs. trying to go from beer gut to ripped. I've been a vegetarian for about four or five years, and a vegan for less than a month, which is also the length of time I've been going to the gym. So I guess you could say I'm new to the practice of personal fitness, but it's something i've always wanted to do, and now that i am i feel like i've got "the bug", and wondering why I hadn't started sooner. So I look forward talking to you all and soon posting in the achievements thread -Ad vitam
