So i've been a vegetarian for about 4 years now, and a vegan for about 1 month, I've also recently join a gym with the intention of getting ripped. I'm 22 years old- 5'9" and 220 lbs. w/ a metabolism slow enough that I could probably get HUGE if I wanted, but mainly I just want to trim up. Since starting at the gym I've been going daily- usually about 45 minutes of cardio follow by stregth training on cable based machines. I havent lost or gained a single pound, but am feeling alot better as far as energy and stamina are concerned. Anyone have any suggestions on a routine geared toward fat burning and muscle definition? What Would Rollins Do?

How goes it everyone, I joined like 4 days ago and have been reading all the posts, I'm happy to have found a support network for vegans who are into fitness/bodybuilding.
I'm 22, 5' 10" 220 lbs. trying to go from beer gut to ripped. I've been a vegetarian for about four or five years, and a vegan for less than a month, which is also the length of time I've been going to the gym. So I guess you could say I'm new to the practice of personal fitness, but it's something i've always wanted to do, and now that i am i feel like i've got "the bug", and wondering why I hadn't started sooner. So I look forward talking to you all and soon posting in the achievements thread
