  2. I have recently switched over to Vegan and am a competitive natural bodybuilder. High performance strength and power is extremely important to me. My old post-workout: 25 grams Whey Protein Isolate 30-50 grams Dextrose 5 grams BCAA powder 5 grams Glutamine 5 grams Creatine I saw tremendous results with this shake, and researched these ingredients to formulate this shake. I'm wondering now if I can switch out the whey for soy protein? Any recommendations? Thanks! Josh
  3. I'm a 32 yr old competitive Natural Bodybuilder, and my wife is a 27 yr old Figure competitor (recently won her NGA Pro Card). I'm been competing for 3 years (total of 6 shows), and just a few weeks ago listened to the ebook The China Study by Dr. T Campbell, which advocates a whole-foods, plant-based diet. After hearing this, I realized many flaws within my and wife's diet. I undershtand choosing the vegan route will be more challenging than our traditional natural bodybuilding diet, but I feel we are ready for it. My goal is to keep performance as high or not higher by the switch to Vegan. I'm very happy to have found this site/forum. Josh
