Good evening sexy vegans (am in a good mood) have been a vegan for over a month now and feel great Im currently heavy (238lb, 17st) this was after a weekend of indugence, but nether the less something has got to change, im prob around the 15 - 17% bf mark @5'10(if i stand on my tip toes ) As the title suggests i shall be eating in a warrior diet fashion, in simple only eating for a few hours a day or one meal a day. This eating pattern can also be named as Fast 5, warrior diet and eat stop eat and many more... My weight training shall be conducted in a HIT fashion (did this once before, WAS AWESOME) Monday : Back Tuesday : Chest Wednesday : Legs Thursday : Shoulders Friday : Arms (i prefer to mix arms in with other body parts, but my gym partner thinks otherwise) Cardio shall be done AM and PM both sessions for around the 20 - 30 min mark I shall post piccys up of myself very shortly, i will also post my training and nutrition up regular, not everyday as work and other bits get in the way. i would like to get to around the 210 - 215 mark before the end of the year and maybe have some photo's done See you all soon guys Davey
