I wonder is sun chips vegan or not. Because I read on the back of the label and it said that they use buttermilk, nonfat milk, so is these are animal milk, or vegan milk. I wonder too about granola bars. What granola bars are vegan.

I'm new and I've been a lacto-ove vegtetarian and now I would like to become a vegan. SO I was wondering can vegans eat granola bars and sun chips. Sun chips is a grain snack. It's a diet and healthy and so is granola bars.

Hi I'm new. I'm been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for about almost 4 years but, I still had ate some sweets. Now I think I would like to become a vegan to stand up for animals rights. SO is there anyone on here who will help me become a vegan.
