I've been a vegetarian since I was 12 and am trying to make that last jump to becoming vegan, and also to better my diet/fitness routine and get in better shape. I'm a big animal lover and try my best to help homeless pets. I love nature and being outside (but not the humidity!) Looking forward to everyones advice! She was from Canada and we used to play a lot of table tennis and sailed around on a cruise ship. We're glad you found our group, and awesome work with homeless animals. To answer a question above: I'm 22, and my fitness goals right now are to lose the few pounds I've gained in college....I'm finding it hard to lose weight though since I'm not actually overweight! (I made a post about it in the Women's Fitness section) and also to become stronger and increase my endurance. Thanks again everyone for making me feel welcome!
