skinnyken Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 Ok,I'm all new to weightlifting and bodybuilding, but my ambition is to gain muscle mass so I'm not skinny any longer.Today I'm 180 cm 66 kg (5'11 145lbs) Gym today:squat 30 kg (66lbs) 3x10benchpress 20 kg (45lbs) 1x10, 30 kg 2x10deadlift 30 kg 3x10lat pull down 30 kg 3x10bicep barbell curl 15 kg (33lbs) 1x10 I welcome all comments and advices Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
