asparagus
OK everyone - I am going to compile a new strength table for 2012. This is only going to count your best lifts for this year. I don't care how strong you were last year or 10 years ago. This will be a current ranking only. Please reply with your bodyweight and your max squat, bench, and deadlift. The ranking will be done by Wilk's Coefficient (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilks_Coefficient) and everyone will be ranked together. However there will be a column to denote male/female, as well as columns for lift totals and bodyweight. Every time your max in one of the lifts goes up, post a new reply and I'll periodically update the table, probably once or twice a week. The table will be done in kilograms, so please include the lbs or kg tag with your weights so I know which ones to convert. If you are like me and don't often test your max lifts, let me know your best set and I'll calculate your max based on Wendler's 1RM formula: 1RM = set weight * reps * 0.0333 + set weight. I will round down to the nearest kg. Hopefully this will spur some friendly competition among those close in strength levels. Lets keep it civil and fun. Lets do this! EDIT: Please post your non-geared lifts only. Belts/chalk are fine, but no suits/straps/wraps please! Edited January 8, 2013 by asparagus

Mini Forklift
Congratulations, MF, you are top of the chart! My mistake, I actually made a cock up in that my squat should be 120kg/264lb (my bad maths). Just noticed that my bench and deadlift the wrong way round lol... although I would love a 190kg bench !!

VeganEssentials
If it were at my peak about 6 years back, it'd be as follows: Squat - 525 lbs.Bench - 315 lbs.Deadlift - 545 lbs. All done at bodyweight between 250 and 275 lbs. at the time. If we're talking in today's terms, it'd be more like: Squat - estimated @ 405 lbs. (haven't gone heavy in a bit, will test again in a month or two)Bench - 300 lbs.Deadlift - estimated @ 440 lbs. (will test again in a month) All done at bodyweight between 225 and 230 lbs. now. VeganEssentials
Not a bad trade off for being 40 pounds lighter! Exactly - goal is to try and get close to the old numbers while keeping around 230 lbs., it doesn't pay to get fat just to be stronger any longer! MattSxvx
I guess I have to edit mine. My Flat Bench is projected because I can only do incline bench due to shoulder problems. PR of 225x1 on incline bench press. Bench Press: 258 (projected) Deadlift: 445 Squat: 350 Hit some PR's this week. Incline Bench went up to 235 tonight so my projected flat bench is now 270. Squats are still the same I guess along with deadlift. Edited November 17, 2012 by MattSxvx
