Kora
I do think there's progress. What have you been doing for the last year? What type of training and diet? And how consistent have you been with it?

VeganBadass_CO
definitely a difference in your chest, shoulders and arms. More tone, looks like more size too. Always good to pair up before/after pics with before/after measurements. As you see yourself every day in the mirror, changes occur slowly and you kinda get used to comparing yourself today to just yesterday. Me too, working on that elusive 6-pack. Abs much stronger today, and waist more defined by mixing in intense workouts with my usual weight training. Admittedly don't eat as clean as I should for optimal results, but still pleased so far. Pashoa
I can tell now you made some progress. you have more shoulders, pecs and biceps. I can see more your obliques. Your chest seems to be more enlarged. So keep going and working.
Thunderer
I can see some progress. Share your diet and training regiment maybe that would allow more helpful criticism and advice. Question for you, now you sound a little disappointed with your progress but do you feel better?

HempHeartOfaChamp
Maybe a high intensity circuit workout would be good for you and help to burn fat. Sports are great like that as well, I play hockey twice a week, but a buddy of mine lost 30 pounds over the winter playing basketball 3 times a week.
