I'm finally doing it.Not sure if I'll do the full 92 days right now...I want to wait untilthe winter for that. But my goal is at least 53 days. You don't lose much weight at all.. especially if you're training on top of it. So, you could always do juices & blended foods. And thank you William !!I always want to do cleanses..haha sometimes it really hard for me to"accept" the fact that my diet might just be enough... but, we'll see how clean I can get. I am touched that I could help to inspire someone such as yourself who is a major inspiration to so many people, including myself! I just wanted to say keep at it and have a blast. It is so much FUN and i'm sure you will find that as well. Natasha tells me of a desire by jessifly and speaklow as well. Man the whole vegan house of kindness will be on juiced up! I wonder what it would take to convince Robert that Fruit and Vegetable juice tastes better than blended tofurky in water? If we do that, maybe we could get him on it as well Anyway, I will be keeping in touch with you throughout for support, encouragement and just because.... I personally, eat as instinctively as possible.I go to the CO-OP/natural foods store..and just "feel" what foods my bodyneeds at that time. I try and eat for nourishment purposes, really to me.. I've found this hasnothing to do with calorie consumption. It has everything to do withif you're body is getting what it needsProper nutrition is of ought most importance. Like I know that I can consume 700 ml. worth of juice right now...and feel completely FULL. Like, my body needs NOTHING else.That isn't enough calories at all... but my body is being nourished.And proper nutrition I feel, is slightly different for everyone. ~~~ Giacomo, thank you darling!I am so glad you are following my little journey... and you know it hadto be slightly hidden and artsy right?? I am slowly revealing myself.... I do feel one day I will start giving talks about raw foods, but I'd like to do a full juice feast first... I have experienced SO many profound miracles because of it ... how couldI not fully bloom one day, and spread the word... Well.. that depends upon how you define benefits.. Is fully cleansing more important, or building muscle/strength? Because they both need to happen at seperate times... You can absolutely cleanse your body while remaining physically activeand drinking green smoothies/eating fresh foods. But to me.. at least from my experience. Smoothies and juice are similar, but very different worlds from one another, as far as cleansing goes.I feel that now... smoothies are feeling way to heavy for me, soI'll be remaining on juice for awhile. I really wanted to continuerunning while doing this.. but it will have to turn to jogging for awhile....I can feel, right now, that my body WANTS to cleanse... I usually have all of those ingredients on hand with the exception of the Hemp but I intend on picking a bit up soon as I love the stuff.... Thanks for sharing! Day 4 for both myself and Dani! 4 more days to go I'm around 180lbs now, nothing crazy. Dani weighed in at 126lbs this morning, not bad girl! According to her, it's 1lb lighter then she has ever been and she is gorging on 1 1/2 gallons minimum of juice a day and loading up on protein shakes 2500 calories plus and still shedding. WOOHOO! I am with my friend Gaya and she just broke a 60day 'fast' (no blends at all). Her girl, Emily Rose, is diabetic and did nothing but vegetable JUICE no blends for 50 days (and she only went vegan 1 week before she started this, WOW ) and they have both been off it for about only 5 days. I have never seen two people enjoy chewing solids ever in my life. Was a pleasure. But they are surrounding me with all the AMAZING raw food and gobbling it down around me and we're going to a 60 person raw food potluck in a couple of hours and I cannot sample ANYTHING, ughhhhhh. I think I am going to stash away dehydrated treats that will last for thursday! Andesuma, I hope all continues to go well and we'll connect soon, hopefully later. I am loving the fact that I shall be connected with yet another dear soul who is doing primarily juice for a long duration of their cleanse.....
