Shredded Shoulder Contest!

I agree Tucinator, Octos arm looks like someone implanted huge bulging rocks for him in all the right places that were chiseled out and carved perfectly!

Guillaume (I'm You Man), Amy, Tasha, Robert, thanks man! Honestly guys/gals, I have not even touched them in a month and i'm pretty upset my shoulder hasn't healed yet. I think my upper body looks very flat and shrunken becaus of this. Thank you for making me feel good about myself even though I cannot train certasin muscle groups right now!

Robert, i'm not buying it, no way you're gonna be in bad shape. I couldn't find it on the tube but that song 'Mr. Vein' by culture club I think? That song must have been written about you and that psycho vascularity you bring to the show....

Hey Guillaume, I am not calling you William. This name is way cooler; why would anyone not use it? Sory about mispelling it repeatedly all over the place. I guess in english there is no 'lau' so I didn't recognize it when I first saw you spell you name out. I got it now!

EDIT:

Also, Joinvegaz nice showing, liking the definition on those shredded shoulders. Alisonfm, one of my favs, representin the femme fatales. Looking good and as usual, the women take the cake when it comes to awesome tattoos. Where are the rest of the women?

Also Robert, just realized PT Cruiser is my pop's favorite car. He has been infatuated with it since it came out. My mother bought him a remote controlled one since he never got the real thing!

Looking great Lean and Green, but common, don't be getting injured!

I had to reread that, you meant c'mon not 'common' right? I guess it wouldn't be the worst thing to look common either though but I want to work more toward 'freaky'!

I can't do anything about it now Katabaticl what's done is done. Can only help heal it faster

Not sure if these are appropriate photos... the first photo is to show the top of my trapezius, the second photo is to show the rest of the trapezius plus most of the deltoid, and the last picture is an alternate rotation of the deltoid. The front of my delts aren't so hot, but maybe i will try to take another photo of those

Thanks Yeah I am pretty happy with the traps. How can I target the front delts during training?

Yeah I agree, those traps are big and bad! You can pump up the front delts with incline bench press and standing press. I think there are several other moves to pump them up as well. See more about shoulder training here: http://www.exrx.net/Articulations/Shoulder.html#anchor105322

My front delts are awesome. I know I said I would put pics up yesterday.. But I didn't lol.

For front delts, flies work awesome. Pectoral fly machine, or on a bench work great. Also, frontal raises. Grab 2 dumbells and raise them upward in front of you. Don't go any higher than 180 degrees. Lower, and repeat.

you are limiting range of motion when not going past 180 degrees

That's just what I do when I do this move since I have a weak rotator cuff. I usually stick to the pectoral flies because of that.
