CG is the only way to bench!

 

When you move to a new program, try some overloaded partial CG benching - it was always fun putting 150+ lbs. more than I could full bench on the bar and seeing if I could move it 6" or so. Great triceps work, definitely helped a LOT on my overheads!

 

That sounds cool. I'll give it a go
