October 20, 2008

5:30am- Oatmeal, banana, raisins, almond milk

8:30am- 20oz water w/dropper chlorophyll

9:15am- larabar(ginger snap)

10:30am- larabar(banana bread)

11:15am-12:00pm- bicep workout

1:30pm- larabar(cashew cookie)

2:25pm- 1/2 qt. vanilla chai tea

5:00pm- larabar(coconut cream pie), salsa, tofutti, and tortilla chips

6:30pm- 2 bean burritos

12:00pm- vegan steak wrap

2:30pm- 2 bananas

6:30pm- 16oz water

7:00pm- 64oz Odwalla al'mondo super protein drink

7:30am- 18.5oz Fuze drink

9:00am- lararbar(banana bread)

10:15am- larabar(cashew cookie)

11:20am- larabar(cashew cookie)

1:30pm- hummmus veggie wrap and fried potatoes

6:30pm- 13oz brown rice and red quinoa, 3oz green beans, 16oz water

8:45am- workout with partner: 100 pullups each in 15:36; then 400m sprints 4 times.

11:30am- Fruit Simple 40oz strawberry/banana smoothie

12:30pm- 2 larabars(cashew cookie and cherry pie)

1:30pm- 2 larabars(gingersnap and cashew cookie)

3:15pm- 4oz lettuce

5:15pm- larabar(cherry pie)

7:30pm- 2 bean burritos

9:15pm- 12oz 100% grape juice

Today I was going to see how many larabars I could have with liquid protein.

6:30am- larabar(apple pie)

6:50am- 1 Qt. vanilla chai tea

9:00am- 16oz liquid chlorophyll

9:45am- larabar(cashew cookie)

11:00am- larabar(apple pie)

11:25am- 1 Qt. vanilla chai tea & small baggie of pecan pie muffins

2:30pm- another baggie of pecan pie muffins

3:00pm- overhead squats

7:00pm- larabar(cashew cookie)

8:30pm- small red apple

4:20pm- banana chips, 2 tomato sammiches(4 pieces ezekial no sodium bread, 1 tomato, vegannaise)& 16oz water

7:00pm- veggie medley(broccoli, squash, zuccini)

6:30am- light upper body workout

7:30am- 1/2 qt. vanilla chai tea

9:50am- 1/2 qt. vanilla chai tea

10:15am- 20oz water

12:15pm- larabar(cashew cookie)

3:30pm- ran outside in cold 3.6 miles

6:00pm- 7oz cucumber dill hummus

6:45pm- wok'd potatoes in olive oil and baked, then fried, tofu with sesame oil, some water

7:30pm- leg workout (bodyweight only)

8:00pm- ran 2 miles

8:30pm- 12oz gatorade

9:30pm- 2 homemade peanut butter oatmeal cookies w/raisins

Jimmy, how much do you workout? Is is a split routine?

 

I workout when I feel I need to. Not a split routine. Just dont like doin things all at once sometimes.

8:15am- leg workout: Squats, Front squats, Bench squats, interval training on bike & Treadmill and 1 mile run on treadmill

12:15pm- bagel

9:00am- 20oz water

9:30am- honeycrisp apple

2:15pm- Naked drink

7:00pm- 3oz butterleaf lettuce

5:45am- 8oz water and 1 bagel(left-over from yest)

6:30am- 3.0+ miles run outside

7:20am- 20oz water

8:15am- Clif Builders Bar(peanutbutter) and 40oz Fruit Simple drink(straw/banana)

10:30am- 7 mile hike

1:30pm- vegan chicken wrap and 16oz Tropical Rhythms pineapple ginger drink(very spicy drink!)

6:30pm- 2 bowls of pasta and honeycrisp apple

OK everyone, I feel like im getting into a slump and getting tired of food and writing it down. In my opinion im eating too much and my vascularity is not where it should be. I think Im going to take a break from blogging it. Thanks for inspiring me to write it down and to give you all an example of what I eat on a daily basis to stay lean all year round. I think I may switch back to my blenderfuls of fruit and protein powders.

Eating too much...really? I have also been getting tired of food, and logging everything. But, until I start seeing some results I'm going to stick to it. I'm still not sure if I'm eating too much or too little.

Update: I am working out almost everyday. My calories are less than 1000. My bodyfat % has gone down. I am seeing more definition and is what I am wanting. The only thing is after a hard workout the next morning its feeling like im being hit with a ton of bricks when trying to wake up. I believe its the working out and low cals. Hate feeling bad when I awake first thing, but once I move around im better. weird. Thought Id update you all.

Great to see a living proof that we don't need 10 000 calories of baked food.

But, what did it take to achieve the current physique? Surely, more than 1,000 calories?

Yes, he said himself he ALWAYS had something in the mouth, and eating almost 10 000 calories. Eventhough less than that could be fine too, I guess. But right now he's eating less because he don't feel like eating more. Only him knows if that's sufficient to gain or if it only allows to maintain.

I have now set rules that while i am at work I have to do the following exercise before I can leave:

 

Pullups x 50

Hanging Knee Raise x 100

Pushups x 100

===================

Clean & Jerk 135lb x 10

Barbell Shrugs 135lb x 100

Situps 25lb x 25

 

Here is my food blahg:

12/17/08

 

5:45am- Nutiva (berry pomegranate) hemp protein powder w/Blue Diamond almond milk

6:45am- larabar(banana bread)

8:20am- top half of required exercises

8:50am- larabar(pb cookie)

9:00am- Oregon State pear

10:00am- Larabar(keylime)

10:20am- bottom half of exercises

2:00pm- Nutiva (berry pomegranate) hemp protein powder w/Blue Diamond almond milk

4:30pm- Oregon State pear

5:30pm- 2 pieces of pizza & sugar-free Jones soda(12oz can)

6:45pm- 3 creamy wafers

9:15am- 2 larabars(key lime and coconut cream)

9:30am- 1qt Vanilla chai tea protein

11:30am- apple

12:00pm- workout: squats, front sqts, walking lunges, deadlifts(1 set), clean&jerks

1:00pm- larabar(cherry pie)

2:15pm- Nutiva(berry/pom) protein shake in Blue Diamond vanilla almond milk

5:00pm- daily workout minus shrugs

5:45pm- orange

6:00pm- veggie roll, peach tea lemonade, veggie & tort noodles(1/2lb)
