with this info?

 

Then you can be the guy who updates it, etc. I really appreciate it...I tried, but just couldn't get to it. I'll toss some Vega or something your way too I really appreciate it!

 

I think it needs a NEW thread with Your post at the Very Top with the title I suggested, so as soon as someone opens it, bamn! There is the table.

Yeah full squat, all the way down.

Deadlifts have always been my weakest lift, which is strange because I can squat a lot and also can squat for very high repetitions, so my lower back is pretty capable of handling more weight.

Must be in the leverages, something I'm working on at the moment.

I would like to do that!

I think people will be abe to see that it isn't all that difficult to become competitive in bodybuilding as a vegan.

I'll have to update my avatar pic, that one is 2 years old now!
