I'm out working and all is going very well. Seriously........I say it all the time......I've said for 3 years that I'll move here and now I think I just have to make it happen. Imagine.........like here was my day today.....wake up on Venice beach staying with a friend (though I'd get my own place).....go outside in the sun for a walk along the sand.....come back eat some (more) food, then go out to Venice Sports Park and play basketball for an hour outside, walk a few feet over to Muscle Beach, train for 2 hours only wearing tiny blue shorts, pounding out a workout, having my photo taken by random hot college girls ......walking over to Eko Zone to see my friend Keith who owns it, kick it with him, then walk over to Seed, a vegan restaurant....all of this is within walking distance and it's sunny and warm. That was just today....I was in Beverly Hills last night at Brendan Brazier's house, and I'll be back there tomorrow...shop at Whole Foods in the neighborhood here in Venice and of course I'll hit up Venice Gold's later this week. I also spend time with other vegan athletes, authors, chefs, etc. I love Portland but I really LOVE Southern California...it's also close to San Diego, Mexico and Las Vegas, all places I like a lot. I can't remember the name of the tiny little cafe I went to on Venice Beach, but here is a photo that I took as I sat outside. It might give you an idea of where it is.
