Guest
Question: Are the bagged beans you can purchase in a grocery store of good nutritional quality compared to bulk bin beans? I'm asking because the closest Whole Foods Market is somewhat far away from where I live and its more convenient for me to go to a closer grocery store and buy a 4-5 lb bag of beans. Obviously the bagged beans aren't organic.
HawaiiDolphin
There really shouldn't be a difference. Dried beans should be pretty consistent across brands and stores, I don't know of any factors that would influence the nutritional quality. Odidnetne
They make organic bagged beans, but it's usually much cheaper to buy from a decent bulk section.
