Last Friday 8/21 the Legacy Fitness International Grand Finals were held in Reno, NV. This was my first show in 2 years. I placed second in the Masters Division. And yes, all Vegan. And yes, I have pics but I have not figured out how to get them from disk and put them up. I am working on that. October 31 I competed in Ms. Fitness Universe. I thought there would be a masters div. but they pulled it at the last minute. So, all the competitors were in there 20s and 30s and yes I was old enough to be mom. However, came in 4th of 8 women, even at twice the age of some of those I beat. Once again, proof that age is only a number. Train hard, eat clean!
