Does anyone know what the amino acid breakdown is? Even wheat in general, like in bread, pasta, or cereal, usually has decently high protein totals. vistor1234 Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 Not sure if you found an answer but i saw this listed a bit before another link in a google search that i used to update my Cron-o-meter entry for vital wheat gluten. It give the amino acid profile for their pet food vital wheat gluten figure my baking stuff would be about the same, good guess anyway? do a google for "beneopro w vital wheat gluten" should get a link for a pdf with the amino acid layout Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
