Cold Fission
I did not eat much today. Orange juice and falafel roll with hummus and the parsley mix. 6 vege sausages on 4 slices of bread and a onion. banana and a glass of soymilk. 1 liter of soymilk after weights(because i have no more protein powder lol) That's probably all for the day because i'm going to bed soon. Will eat more when i get some more training under my belt.
Baby Hercules
WARNING: contains disgusting references. I ate fine yesterday until I got a burr under my saddle to try Daiya vegan cheese. I spent all last evening and most of this morning in a very close relationship with my bathroom, cycling through various forms of rather unpleasant gastrointestinal distress. It tastes great but it may have a boomerang effect for some. Just an FYI for folks who like a happy colon. Your results may vary, of course. mizzourunner
^^^interesting. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I've never had daiya but now I think I'll stay away from it.
vegimator
I've never had a problem with daiya but some others have, usually when they've eaten a lot of it.
Baby Hercules
I've never had a problem with daiya but some others have, usually when they've eaten a lot of it. One serving was enough for me. Glad others can enjoy it, though. I'll stick with my Parma! Vegan Parmesan. Mmmmmmmmm! http://www.eatintheraw.com/ Baby Herc
