I'm a vegan since about 15 months, vegetarian since 2 years in sept. My "bodybuildung" experiences are very less, i did some kick boxing at the university and on my trainee i did some work on training machines. I want to start again, but will wait until tomorrow, when seeing the orthopaedic specialist because of my backache.... hope everything's alright.
