Cold Fission Posted October 11, 2010 Share Posted October 11, 2010 You just have to exercise and eat clean. For motivation i like to watch a movie like 300 or similar if i am feeling lazy. For an easy way to track your progress, I suggest using myfitnesspal.com or a similar website. You can input all of your food/exercise choices as well as your goal/target weight, & it will give you a running daily total as to what you are achieving. You list your current weight and your target weight; it will give you a running total of prot/carbs/fats/cal. needed to achieve that weight.
