Can someone help?

My name is chad...and I've been a vegan for a few weeks..I'm struggling with my weight. I'm 5"5 199 pounds I want to get down to about 130 but safely...I really need some good tips and motivation to get me where I need to be...thank u!

There are sample meal plans on this website & recipes all over the net. For an easy way to track your progress, I suggest using myfitnesspal.com or a similar website. You can input all of your food/exercise choices as well as your goal/target weight, & it will give you a running daily total as to what you are achieving.

 

You list your current weight and your target weight; it will give you a running total of prot/carbs/fats/cal. needed to achieve that weight. There may be better sites out there suited to particular diets, but I've found that one to work pretty well.
