Odidnetne
I've been cutting my calories for a few weeks now, and I'm thinking of starting to try to put back on some weight soon, but my problem is that I want to have a much better fat to carbs to protein percentage than before. My problem is that I just can't stomach a lot of food. I eat several small meals a day, every 2 - 3 hours, but after a few meals, I often feel like I'm going to get sick, does anybody have any kind of similar experience? Just some numbers in case anybody is wondering:I eat about 3,000 calories a day when I bulk. I eat about 65 grams of fat, 80 grams of protein and the rest is in carbohydrates. jonathan
id significantly up the fat and protein - somethingin the region of 100g of fat and 120g protein. there is no real reason to cut fats out - they are pretty important in bulking jonathan
Odidnetne
Okay, I'll try it, maybe the fats and a bit more protein will go down more effectively, thanks.
