Anybody tried raw and didn't feel hungry all the time ?

I am just curious. I do eat lots of raw every day, even have days where I'd eat extra raw.

I do feel raw helps for a fast recovery, especially the green shakes. But I also like to eat cooked and complex carbs. For me they are important in my menu. Else I need to eat like every hour which is a pain.

Is it just me or raw foodists actually eat every hour ?
