I think you should post some pictures! You sound like a big guy and you obviously lift heavy weights. I don't know if you're concerned with the body building side or if you're more concerned with strength, but either way I think it would be cool

 

Yeah I'll post some pictures soon...

Trying to cut back on bodyfat at the moment so got a bit of lose skin etc I'll wait until that catches up, then I'll drag out the camera.

I guess I'm somewhere inbetween a bodybuilder and a strength athlete. I would like to be lean but strong.

 

The "Aint nobody around here, that can rep like this besides me" is a Ronnie Coleman Reference...

I'm traveling again and I was at the airport today and heard a guy who reminded me of you. Not saying all Auzies, sound the same, but I had to turn around to see if you were behind me.....if he would have yelled "yeah buddy" I would have been excited!

 

Anyway, someone reminded me of you today. And I'm keeping my mind on 110's now and with these morning workouts, maybe I'll get it.

 

How's the new house?

I was at Port Columbus Airport a few months back and was asking a man at the desk if my flight was delayed or not, because the screen was telling me it was, but a voice over the speaker was saying it was on time. He asked me to repeat what I said, but he put on an English accent because he must have though I was English. It was pretty funny. I lost count of the amount of times people said to me "are you British?!"

Ha ha, it's funny when that happens.

The New house is Fantastic, I can't believe I lived in an omni house, with people who I really didn't like that much for so long. I am so much happier and more relaxed.

Hope your travels send you down under soon.

I think a lot of people expect Aussie's to speak like Steve Irwin did. When you don't they assume you are from the UK.

Tuesday - Had a bit of a Debbie Downer day today so really didn't feel like training.

I went anyway, but didn't do much. Still better than nothing I guess

I know these types of days suck. But at least you still got a workout in! People/trainers keep telling me it's the days that are hardest that makes us the strongest! Hope tomorrows better.

Monday

Got a bit of a cold (The Weather here has been crazy, hot one day, cold the next) but it's above the neck so trained anyway...

 

Hack Squats

4 x 10 x 50kg (110lbs) - Funny machine, it really didn't suit my height etc, was uncomfortable.

That was enough, felt ok afterwards, but not great

Tuesday

I took the day off from training, I always feel so guilty when I take even 1 day off (Yep I admit it, I'm a Gym Junkie).

I felt pretty tired with a few aches and pains, as well as having a sore back (Muscle on Right side is causing the problem)

So thought it was not such a bad idea to rest.

This was rubbish, don't know if it was my cold or just a bad day, but this is seriously weak.

Lying on the bench, and getting up and down etc, didn't agree with my back so switched to other exercises.
