CollegeB
do dumbell presses, emphasize the left side until things even out.
Guest
As they grow they will appear to even out...even if one stays bigger the percentage that they differ will decrease if say you gain a lbs of mass on each peck. Its natural to be a little crooked and even more than a little crooked sometimes.
Boondocksaint
when i wear t shirt you can kinda tell the right side is bigger. 6 years ago I broke my right collar bone. Do you think this is the problem?
Guest
I wouldn't really call it a problem its just your body temporarily making up for its weaknesses.
Kathryn
I agree with doing dumbbell bench presses. When you use a bar, it's possible for the weaker side to slack, and the stronger side make up for it. Dumbbells are great for working on imbalances (as well as engaging more stabilizing muscles).
wannalift
there are a lot of different causes for this. has it been like this for a while. could be gyno? no way to tell for sure less having it checked out by a professional.
Boondocksaint
right now I'm on MAX OT routine. MAX OT routine doesn't really recommend dumbbell exers. Maybe I should stick around with compound for a while and see what happens.
