  1. yea like little bit outer portion of biceps. Damn.
  2. Today I was doing Incline dumbbell press. As I lift my outer part of biceps start hurting wtf? SO I couldn't finish it and came home. DOes this happen to you too?
  3. HI I'm a really hard gainer. I increased my meals to 5 meals a day now. I eat healthy, but I hardly gain weight. Does weight gainer help? IS it not good for body? Is it ok to take it with Protein whey?
  4. right now I'm on MAX OT routine. MAX OT routine doesn't really recommend dumbbell exers. Maybe I should stick around with compound for a while and see what happens.
  5. when i wear t shirt you can kinda tell the right side is bigger. 6 years ago I broke my right collar bone. Do you think this is the problem?

  7. How you all doing? I'm 27 and started working out since AUG. 2005 but it's really been 5 months for seroius work out. I finally dropped my sloppy ass workout routine and decided to join MAX OT routine and it seems like working but who knows? will see. Anyway I'll continue update result. Wish me luck.
  8. Hmmm so i'll take it as "NO" Yea majority of people said Don't use arms support at all. Hmmmm Damn that means i gotta lower my weight. DAMN!
  9. Hey how you guys doing? I have a question about squatting. When I squat today I kinda push the bar upward with my arms because it was getting kinda heavy to get up. I don't mean the weight was light enough so I could actually LIFT it but I supported it little bit with my arms and the bar was still in contact with my back. I thought that supported physically and mentally. Is this proper? or Should I just forget about arms support totally and just use my body only?
