MontanaVegan
I need to make another, I shared it with people, now it's gone. They came back for a second piece, so it must have been good. One guy wanted to put it in a microwave to warm it up! That's one way to kill a raw pie.
Kathryn
How do you keep the apples from being runny? Or are they?
MontanaVegan
How do you keep the apples from being runny? Or are they?I didn't have to do anything, they were just right at room temperature. They did thicken a little overnight after I put them in the refridgerator. The picture was taken just a few minutes after I finished it. Hmm...it must be from the natural pectin in the apples, then?
