Combination of Proteins?

Hi! I'm new to the forum. I'm 27 years old, from Germany and I have started my ethical vegan career only about one point something years ago. I am out for bodyshaping and fitness and not that much for gaining mass.

 

I would like to ask the following questions related to protein intakes: I payed no attention to a combination of proteins during my whole life as a sportsman - I did not when I was still a miserable meat-eater, I did not when I went ovo-lacto (rather a short period of time anyway and I'm quite slow when it comes to thinking...) and I didn't either when I went vegan. - I never had any problems with that. - So I don't think it is important to combine things.

 

1. Do you think this is right or am I wrong?

 

2. Do you know some good Internet Sources on this issue?

So long as you feel fine you are fine in terms of protein...most people that aren't trying to get big(and some of them too) eat too much protein anyway. You couldn't aviod it if you wanted too...unless you only eat oil and consume less than 1000calories a day
