I'm 27 years old, from Germany and I have started my ethical vegan career only about one point something years ago. I am out for bodyshaping and fitness and not that much for gaining mass. I would like to ask the following questions related to protein intakes: I payed no attention to a combination of proteins during my whole life as a sportsman - I did not when I was still a miserable meat-eater, I did not when I went ovo-lacto (rather a short period of time anyway and I'm quite slow when it comes to thinking...) and I didn't either when I went vegan. - I never had any problems with that. - So I don't think it is important to combine things. 1. Guest Posted January 8, 2007 Share Posted January 8, 2007 So long as you feel fine you are fine in terms of protein...most people that aren't trying to get big(and some of them too) eat too much protein anyway.
