bighead Posted January 28, 2007 Share Posted January 28, 2007 bread and grains can cause more acids in the stomach and digestive tract. try drinking a glass of lemon water either with the bread/meal or just before. it sounds backwards, but lemon will actually alkalize the digestive tract and help to reduce the acid from acid producing grains.
