How many calories do you take in every day? What is the fat/carb/protein ratio you shoot for? Favorite foods? Sorry for the questions, I just wanna know how you got so big! Thank you for your kind words! Diet is very strict. Im not a pleasure eater so I can get away with 1000cals or less some days. I dont make it a science with my food anymore cause it causes more stress and problems for me than it helps. Fav foods would be fresh pineapple, hot salsa, oatmeal with blueberries & strawberries, and vegan lasagna. I have been even bigger before but have dieted and forced down to what I am today. You look healthier now aswell which is inevitable now I suppose on a vegan diet. Can I just ask - where do you get your protein from (&how many grams per day approx) & is 1000 calories enough to maintain the size you are in the pictures?
