Odidnetne Posted October 5, 2007 Share Posted October 5, 2007 Hemp protein also has far less protein per serving because it's cold pressed hemp seeds, so there are things like fiber, some fats, and other things, making it an actual food, and not just a protein isolate. I mix them with almonds and some other nuts mostly. I almost never cook them, I just let them sit for 10mins or something in soymilk or water.
