Vegan Joe
Thanks!Spin class or as they are scheduled as "Pacing", was good. Slowed down three times for about a minute each. held my own through the rest of the hour. Met Kevin who told me this gal who was standing in for Shawn had a faster pace than Shawn does. So all and all I was happy about the whole experience. I was planing on hitting it every Mon. for the month of March, so I guess it would be $15 dollars well spent. Will see how legs feel at work in a day or two. Probably going to have some left over soup as I not into making a salad right now. Need time to digest before bed. Thanks for reading!Hope your week is strong!

Vegan Joe
Wanted to go to spin class but this morning on the way to work I was rear ended. No real damage just some neck pain from whiplash. So will rest tonight and see how it feels tomorrow. Ate aspirin right away and continued all day.

Vegan Joe
Thanks Guy and Gal! Suppose if I had more gray matter the force would have been more injurious. Woke up this morning with only some pain when bending my neck back a ways, so good for work.Have the rest of the week off because our son is home on leave before going to Iraq for his second tour. King Tut Exhibition in S.F. is the only thing scheduled so far but will see about some gym time. Should go at 5:30 am but I'm chuckling about that right now. Just finished a grilled (Galaxy Rice) cheese sandwich. Had a big bowl of beans earlier. Looking for desert right now

lobsteriffic
The King Tut exhibition would be cool. I hope you have a good visit with your son! Do you live in S.F.? I'm researching the area...applying on tons of jobs. Husband may be working at Stanford, but Palo Alto and Menlo Park seem ridiculous for house prices. I know that whole area is expensive, but sheesh. Seems as those Redwood City is closer and not as expensive. Do you know if that is an alright place? I don't know anything about the area...and I suppose it kind of depends where I'm working where we would want to live. Some jobs in Oakland, and housing isn't as outrageous, but it sounds like the Oakland to Stanford commute would be a beast. I've heard San Jose isn't that great, but once again, I've never been. Thanks!I live in Funnyvale.Crime rate is higher in Redwood City. Worked in that City for 8 years total and never really liked the place.San Carlos might be a little cheaper. The main commute traffic runs from San Jose towards SF in the morning and SF to San Jose in the evening, so going the other way is always a plus. You might look at the county of Santa Clara, the cities of Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, or Campbell (a little further)(all go with the commute traffic towards Stanford). Hwy 101, and 280 being the main thorough fares, but there are alternate ways. Oakland is the pits, as is commuting to and from there. Cities like Mountain View, Atherton, are closer but more up scale.
