Stretching/Yoga

60 pelvic tilts (feet on floor behind glutes)

15 Pushups

60 basic crunches

Alternating supermans

3x 10sec. each side.

1x 30 sec.

60 Bicycle Maneuvers

Seated Knee Ball Squeeze

4x 10 sec.

Ball Squeeze, Heels to Glutes on laying Back

I've been using the two burner method, Because the electric burner takes time to cool down. So I put one burner on high and the other on low. Then when the steam vent regulator start to rock spin and shake, I move it to the lower burn to continue the pressure cooking. The regulator stays spinning and rocking gently as steam escapes. My stove is set to 3.5. My stove has "low" 1-9 and "high". "low" being zero and "high" being 10.

 

It works well, I just finished turning lentils to mush after taking these pictures.

Series of Side Lying Leg and Glute Lifts, with ankle weights (wife's)

3 sets X12 to 20reps each leg.

25 Deep Knee Bends.
