So I put one burner on high and the other on low. Then when the steam vent regulator start to rock spin and shake, I move it to the lower burn to continue the pressure cooking. The regulator stays spinning and rocking gently as steam escapes. My stove is set to 3.5. My stove has "low" 1-9 and "high". "low" being zero and "high" being 10.
