Vegan Joe
You're welcome! So how is Alice? Went to the gym to give Spring a good start with a workout after work today. Got there and it was close due to installation of new carpets. Still have time to get a good workout in on the first day of Spring as it was at 1:32pm EDT today, so the second day won't be until 1:32pm EDT 3-21-2010. (24 hours) So I went home and straight to the kitchen. Chili over quinoa http://i40.tinypic.com/19376p.jpg

Vegan Joe
Well couldn't get my workout in yesterday. Sat. afternoon my nose stated running. It got worse, and by Sun morning I was sick. Muscle cramping, chills, sweats, crushing headache, kept me prone all day and night on Sunday. Luckily I have today off, but besides from a little muscle weakness, sniffles and some phlegm, I feel pretty good compared to yesterday. Yesterday ate:2 bananas, apple, orange, can of Amy's lentle soup, with sourdough, and soy butter, and water.
