Hey Robert, things are going well did my 1st Pro show, placed 3rd, and I have been hitting it ever since did Miami Musclemania Universe in june, and placed 3rd also. I Love the vega protein performance shake, a bit expensive, but I will use it for the next show. Derek looked great in his show, and I need to get a copy of your book, keep up the good work.

Hey Family, I have just returned from a big event and competition in Miami(beautiful) with about 400 competitiors. I competed in the Open Lightweight division and placed 3rd in a tough class as always, man these guys are tough, but I had a lot of fun. Also you can watch it as it was Live on ESPN3, so go to www.espn3.com and watch the replay of fitness part II we did not come on stage until about 4hrs 45min into the show just fast forward. I did my best to represent the vegan community, I need to look for sponsorship, lol. Thanks to everyone, and keep up the good work.

Hey All!, I am back from doing my first Pro BB competition, where I placed 3rd out of 11 as a vegan!, YEAH!!!. I have not competed for almost 2yrs due to an ACL/Meniscus injury and surgery then rehab, whew, glad that is over. Hope all is well, and I will be posting pics asap.

Hey everyone, I have been out for awhile, Had ACL/Meniscus surgery on my right knee, and I am training my wife for her 2nd BB show, she came 3rd in her first, I pray all is well with everyone.

All I can say is WOW!, put on the brakes sista, you look amazing, I just crashed, and I am not even driving right now, wow!, and WOW! again.

Sorry guys been training my wife for her first figure show, and training lots of people after that competition and getting ready for my first Pro competition in May. It will be in montgomery, AL. As to the person that wanted to use me for his page sure, just pay me, just kidding, please do, and thanks for the comments.

All There were 8 people in the open men short 8 people in Open men medium, and 5people in open men tall. I have not been that ripped ever, came in at 5'7" 160.8lbs, it was fantastic, i will get pictures up asap. Thanks to veganbodybuilding.com family.
