  1. I don't think the email was rude at all. TP is a really good company, I stand behind the people that own and work there because they are extremely supportive of the bodybuilding and fitness community. I also think his information was pretty accurate in terms of contest prep and sodium. I am not nuts about the amount either, I love the product though
  2. Hi all, has anyone tasted this yet? My husband is sponsored by Dante but I don't want to ask for some unless it's decent tasting. Any reviews? thanks!
  3. I wanted to reply to your post Your story is not so different than so many North Americans. You are not in the minority. I think taking a look at *why* you want to move towards veganism is important. How do you feel about the ethical side of things? That is what keeps me on track in addition to the health aspect. I know I feel strongly about my ethics so it makes choosing foods easier for me. It sounds like you are active again which is wonderful. I think many women don't make time for themselves especially after marriage and children. Now is the time to do that, you'll be showing your child a great example of health. Depending on drugs is not a fun way to live from the sounds of it. I personally have never given 2 hoots about what anyone says about how I eat. I used to eat and diet strictly to compete so I'm used to it. I think the less information you share about what you are doing the better off you are.
  4. Excellent advice, thanks so much. I never eat bars but today I was at Whole Foods and they accidentally jumped into my mouth Green tea, yes! Gotta love it
  5. thanks so much for taking the time to post these, I was aware of a few but not most so thanks!
  6. Thanks for the warm welcome! I am not competing or fitness modeling anymore but I'd love to look that way again lol! Currently: 5'7 and 145 lbs Goal: 137 lbs Diet struggles seem to be getting a gram of protein per pound of body weight or close to so I researched some vegan protein powders and will give it a shot. I graze too much at night so that's done DIET: M1: 1 cup Silk w/1 cup frozen banana, 2 tbsp flax meal M2: apple and 10 almonds M3: 3/4 cup tabouleh, 3/4 cup black beans, 1 cup steamed green beans M4: 1 plum, 10 almonds M5: (oops, 2 Vega bars!!) M6: TBD Training: cardio 6xweek, weights 3-4/week
