  1. with all the fruits and veggies, your glycemic load is probably very low, you might try upping your intake on carbohydrate. Try adding some legumes to your meals. This way you aren't feeling so cruddy from time to time.
  2. In all seriousness, the best bike for you is the one that you will ride. I bought a motobecane cross bike from bikesdirect, and couldn't be happier. Yes you will have to assemble it yourself, but I am handy like that. (It's a good skill to know.) Now that the weather has finally warmed up a little, it's time to head out a little more regularly. Remember, it doesn't matter what kind of bike you buy if you never get on it.
