  1. I agree with Yeti 100% on bulking and calorie consumption. I really feel that a lot of people use bulking as an excuse to just eat whatever they want and avoid cardio haha.
  2. Much like previously mentioned, it is pretty challenging if you are cutting carbs. Having done low carb cuts on an Omnivore, Vegetarian, and Vegan diet, I can say I personally had the most difficulty with the vegan cut. That said, it's certainly possible!

  4. Hello Everyone! My name is Ryan, and I'm a Canadian studying in Australia. I've been vegetarian for three years, and went Vegan about 3 months ago. I have a long history of combat sports, with my main sport being wrestling. I recently retired from active competition due to injuries, and am now looking forward to being able to train for my own health and fitness instead of constantly dieting and modifying my exercise to meet my sporting needs! I've been weight training for about 10 years, but have only begun to take it seriously this past year. My goal is to have my body be used as a silent form of activism. Through my health and fitness, I advocate for the potential of a cruelty free, plant based diet. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!
