Hey Patrik, Great work!! Impressive! As far as your lack of energy, I do know that Robert Cheeke swears by fruit and eats quite a lot of it throughout the course of a day - says it helps gives him lots of energy. Anyway, I don't know, hope you find your energy again soon!

Sorry to hear about your injury, Zach.

Great stuff, Kelly! I'm gonna have to check out that protein recipe website you mentioned. Chocolate orange cupcakes?? Um, yes please!

Great job! I'm impressed with your running.
Hope you get that great weather this weekend and get to spend some time outside!

DOUG!!!!! Man, I've been offline for a while and missed you!! I'll read through your journal more carefully later on, but just scanning over the last page, sorry to hear you hurt your back! You'll be back at it in no time, though, I'm sure of it!
Take care!

Oh wow, congratulations, Jessica!! That's fantastic news! (Or is it?) Seriously, congratulations, and I'm happy that gives you some answers as to how you've been feeling lately! Check out www.veganmuscleandfitness.com - the website/blog of Marcella and Derek, two amazing bodybuilders. Marcella is getting ready to have a baby right now, and I think she's posted some great information along her pregnancy journey. Good luck!

Hey there, Lisa! I've been traveling this week, so haven't been online much. BUT, I'm so happy you had such a wonderful time in Colorado last week!! YAY! And you get to go back next month? Awesome!
Are you gluten-intolerant? Is that why you get such bad issues when you ate the bread/brownie? I know how hard it can be to stay on track with food while traveling. I'm kind of looking forward to getting back home and in my regular eating routine, too.
Hope you are having a great start to the week!

Hey there, Jessica! Hope you're feeling better this week! I always end up eating lots and lots of carbs, too, so I'll be curious to see how you cut back on that. Happy Monday!

WOW! What a gorgeous picture!!!!
Did you get your Vega protein yet? What flavor did you get, and what do you think of it? I really like it!
Hope you're having a wonderful start to your week!

Wow, Kelly, you're doing SUCH a great job!!

Hey Jesse! I'm doing the Couch to 5K program, too! Mine is a little bit different from what you posted above, though. Anyway, I just finished week 4. It's my first time running as well, and it's a real struggle most days, but feels so good afterwards!

Hey George! I think that's incredible that you're feeling so great since changing your diet! Keep up the awesome work!

Hey Dylan! Hope you're feeling better than last week. I know how stress can wear you down and make you feel sick. Hope this week is less stressful for you and that you get some good rest!
