  1. I just finished watching this! I thought it was really well done. I think everyone should see it, and Forks Over Knives. Maybe then everyone will wake up!
  2. Yoga is my workout for the day. I love Yoga. Makes me feel so good.
  3. Balance and Power today. It's amazing what a week into this program has done for my fiance and I. Our cores are so much stronger and our balance is also a lot better. We were able to do all the moves this week, and also did more reps!
  4. Today was a rest day. Robert, My training is going very well. P90X is a great program and I've seen some great results from it. I did a little bulking period on it a few months ago and gained 22 pounds of muscle. P90X2 is even better. The first phase is all about working your core and balance to get ready for the second and third phase. I've been doing it for 10 days and I already notice a difference in my core strength and balance! I'm really excited to see what results I get with this program. I have before pictures, and I will be taking after photos for sure. Thanks for asking!

So far my hardest workout of the year was X2 Total Body from the P90X2 series. 1 Arm Chest Press on a stability ball 4 Position Pull-Up Push-ups Side Arm Balance on Medicine Ball Switch Lunge Press Warrior 3 Kick Back Warrior 3 Curl Boing Push-Ups Crunchy Lever Pull-Ups Mule Kick Burpee Swimmers Curl Press in 1/2 Chair Balance Kick Back on Stability Ball Rocket Launcher Preacher Curl and then I had to do those all over again! There was also an ab workout before that.
  6. Today was a total body and a separate ab workout. I'm beat!
  7. So far it's been the cheezy broccoli recipe from Thrive Foods.
  8. Today was a Yoga day. My mind wasn't in the right place, but I did my best. Tomorrow will be better!
  9. Last night ended up being a rest night. Tonight is Balance and Power.
  10. Today was Recovery and Mobility. Love that Foam Roller!
  11. Today's workout is Plyometrics. For breakfast I had a Clif Builder bar and two waffles with Peanut butter and an apple with Ezekial cereal with Flax seeds and blueberries For lunch I had 2 veggie burgers My snacks were a smoothie with Vega Protein, hemp protein, chlorella, spinach, chard blueberries and a banana My other snack was a handful of almonds. Right now I'm drinking Vega Pre-workout Energizer. Bring it!
  12. I started P90X2 today and the first workout was X2 Core. Great workout and my core is on fire.
