Hi all, I'm back after a few years away from VBB forums! I've been vegan for a while (9 months) now after going on and off for a number of years. I'd like to give tips to others here who are having a difficult time transitioning due to the food seduction thing as I've been through that deal and fought with it a bit. I'm running, hiking and cycling for fitness and do bodyweight resistance training for strength, may head to the gym again. Love animals and focused lately on finding alternatives to fossil fuels. Married to a vegetarian and my kids eat a vegetarian diet. I eat primarily whole foods with the occasional processed food item, lots of fruit and greens. Anyway, cool to be here!
